The Build Up
This Handstand-Clown act is a short story following a bubbly, easily distracted character, trying to building up her equipment. Inspired by silent movies I am working only with my body language to communicate and connect to people, making this act as inclusive as possible.
Lava Lamp
This Handstand act is inspired by the hypnotic movement of a Lava Lamp, influenced by years of ballet and contemporary dance classes. Flowing up and down the canes, seemingly unaffected by gravity, captivating the audience with flexibility, strength and control.
About Me
Since I was 9 years old I’ve been wanting to become a circus artist. I would watch the show "Alegria" by Cirque du Soleil on my mom’s phone over and over again, wishing I could be one of the artists. After 5 years of gymnastics I decided to move from Switzerland to Berlin by myself to follow my dream. I was 10 when I started at the Staatliche Artisten Schule Berlin. There I learned all the basics of circus.When I was 16 years old I moved back home to Switzerland, where I did my high school diploma (Matura), while preparing to audition for Bachelor programs of circus educations. When I was 20 years old I got accepted to the circus school ACAPA in Tilburg, NL, from which I graduated in June 2024.Over the past three years I've gained a lot of experience as a circus artist, performing for companies like Magus Utopia, Festival Circolo, Cirque Artikuss, Lola Land and many more.
